Morgan II, Mill Neck, L.I., an important East Coast country estate that included a fine collection of equestrian and sporting art and decorations; and items from the estate of Suzy Frankfurt, interior designer and early collaborator with Andy Warhol.

We also offered a collection of American paintings from the New York City estate of a prominent collector, along with 18th and 19th century American furniture and Folk Art and decorations for the garden.

AN ECLECTIC ARRAY OF PROPERTY from a Columbia County collector, a Palisades, NY estate, several NYC estates and property from a South Hampton collector.

The sale contained a large group of decorative and antique furniture including several dining tables and sets of chairs as well as 19th and 20th century art. The sale also included porcelain, decoration and silver plate.
There was a special session at the beginning of the sale with over 30 lots of the remaining inventory from Marjorie Lawrence, “The Mother of Pillows” who once operated the fashionable Pillowry in New York’s Upper East Side.
